Designed for optimal performance and efficiency, this brewer holds (2) 1.5 gallon Soft Heat servers, ThermoFresh servers, or Titan servers (sold separately) for efficient brewing and coffee service. This unit also has wireless server monitoring to help you keep track of each batch after it leaves the brewing area. To ensure high-quality results, this brewer uses SmartWAVE sprayhead technology to provide excellent uniformity of extraction and help reduce lime scale buildup. The electronic funnel lock keeps the funnel in place until drip-through is complete to prevent accidents.
